RECRUITING GENERAL ACCOUNTING STAFF

Due to the need to expand production and business activities, Glory Pack Vietnam Co., Ltd. recruits additional Accounting Staff as follows:

1. Job description – Main duties

• Prepare, store, and check to ensure the accuracy of documents related to import and export operations
• Regularly: check and compare import and export data by warehouse keeper and accountant
• Directly participate in counting the quantity of imported and exported goods with the warehouse keeper and actual inventory, according to each product code, lot/date.
• Participate in periodic (or unscheduled) inventory work. Responsible for making inventory records and proposals for handling if there are discrepancies between books and reality, and submit them to PKT.
• Prepare inventory reports, import and export reports.
• Gather general production costs…, direct material costs based on the norms of each finished product.
• Control the consumption of raw materials and ensure that they comply with prescribed norms.
• Perform other tasks as requested by upper management.

2. Request:

• Graduated with a major in accounting from colleges and universities.
• Have experience as a general accountant for at least 1 year.
• Have experience in tax declaration.
• Age from 25 to 40.
• Good health, hardworking and enthusiastic about work.
