Product Introduction
Takiron FMND7605 is a PVC sheet manufactured using a continuous press method, comprehensively combining features: flame resistance (FM4910 standard), electrostatic discharge (ESD), and high light transmission. The product is intended for applications in highly clean environments such as cleanrooms, clean rooms, and medical/biochemical equipment.
Key Features
Effective flame resistance and smoke reduction: meets FM4910 standard (FM listed), limiting fire spread and smoke emissions in case of fire.
Superior anti-static properties: surface resistivity ranges from 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ω/□, effectively controlling static electricity buildup in pharmaceutical and electronics environments.
High light transmittance (~63%) at 5mm thickness, suitable for observation or optical applications.
Lead-free, compliant with environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH (product not fully compliant with REACH).
