Product Overview
Takiron FMET4323 is a high-quality PVC sheet manufactured using continuous press technology, meeting international fire safety standards such as FM4910 and UL94 V-0. The product is ivory in color and is specially designed for applications requiring high fire control and cleanliness in the electronics, semiconductor, and cleanroom industries.
Key Features
Effective fire resistance and smoke reduction: meets FM4910 and UL94 V-0 standards, limiting fire spread and the emission of toxic smoke during fire.
Superior chemical resistance: excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and many industrial chemicals.
Smooth, glossy surface, easy to process: suitable for cutting, welding, gluing, and heat bending methods.
Mechanical and Thermal Stability: Tensile strength ~67 MPa, elastic modulus ~2.9 GPa, thermal load up to 72°C (1.8 MPa), and softening at approximately 78°C.
Lightweight (~1.45), resistant to deformation and maintains dimensional stability after heat treatment.
Lead-free, compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
