Product Overview
Takiron FMH5775 is a high-quality white PVC sheet manufactured using a continuous pressing method. Part of the FM Plate series, it complies with FMRC Class 4910 certification (flame retardant) and meets RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
Key Features
Flame retardant and reduced smoke emissions: FMH5775 is not easily flammable and emits low smoke, ensuring safety in case of fire.
High chemical resistance: resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, and common industrial chemicals.
Smooth surface, easy to process: can be easily heat-bent, welded, and glued like other technical PVCs.
Stable mechanical properties, high heat resistance:
Density: ~1.58 g
Tensile strength (yield): ~64 MPa
Elastic modulus: ~2,900 MPa
Charpy (notched) impact: ~5 kJ/m²
Strain temperature under load (1.8 MPa): ~94°C
Vicat softening temperature: ~106°C
Thermal elongation: ~‑4% longitudinal, ~‑1% transverse
