What are Sling bags?

* Sling Bags are industrial bags made from woven Polypropylene (PP) plastic, most commonly used to store goods in large quantities from 500kg – 2 tons, used for loading and unloading cranes. No need to rearrange the warehouse, very neat and cost-effective

* Sling bags with 3-sided open lid are suitable for products containing materials inside the packaging that are in block form, large Jumbo bag lids, easy to pack.

* The advantage of Sling packaging is that it is convenient for loading and unloading, transportation, and especially saves a lot of warehouse storage. The cost of packaging per product is very economical.

* There are many types of sling bags, but the typical ones are Sling bags and Sling bags.

* Bag straps are made of PP or mono material, the number of straps is 2 or 4 depending on the load of the bag.

Sling bag (crane tarpaulin) is a type of large-sized bag to store and transport many different types of products in the form of granules, powder or pieces, blocks; for example, cement, sand, fertilizer, plastic granules, etc. It is made from woven polypropylene (PP) and usually has a variable size and structure depending on the type of product it contains.

Transporting and unloading is done by pallet or lifted by lifting straps of the bag. Condoms are made with one, two or four lifting straps. Discharging is easily done by a specially designed discharge tube below the bag or simply by cutting and slitting the bag.

We can place a tubular liner, made of LDPE, inside the bag to protect the product from moisture and we can also add extra protection by coating the fabric bag with coated PP (PP Lamination).

Sling Bag feature

As stated above in the article, sling bags are a type of packaging that contains goods in large quantities with extremely high durability. In addition, the bag can also protect against sunlight, blocking ultraviolet rays from 200 hours to 1600 hours. The packaging will be printed using the flexo method so there will be up to 4 colors on the packaging and can be printed on both sides of the package. Sling bags are quite resistant to water and dust in the surrounding environment, this helps ensure that the quality of the goods inside the bag is not degraded. The straps of the bag will be sewn to the bottom to help the bag better bear the load.
